What is online training?

Online coaching is the most flexible, convenient , kick-ass way to reach your health and fitness goals in the known universe (OK, so I might be a bit biased). If you want to work out where and when it's convenient for you – instead of relying on location and availability of a 'in gym PT' , Online coaching is for you.

Will I get big and bulky?

Short answer - NO ! You will get strong lean and sculpted!

How much does it cost?

I don't like to discuss price until I know I can help someone and I know that you're a good fit for the 90 day mind and body programme

What if I want to train in the gym and at home?

Online Training isn't just for homework outs. It's for the gym environment too. Everything here at Empwr is bespoke to you

What happens when I join?

As soon as you join, you will gain instant access to my Empwr app, coaching hub, members group and recipes. I will schedule your 90 day action plan call.

How much time do I need to commit to training?

I’d advise a minimum time commitment of 2 hours per week.

If I am starting out, will it be too much?

If you have never exercised before, I wouldn't recommend online training.

What if I don't have any equipment at home? 

If you have no equipment at all or a full home gym, I have you covered. Your bespoke program is tailored around what space and limited equipment you may or may not have.

What if I’m not strong or fit enough?

We all come in different shapes, sizes and strengths. All the exercises are either progressed or regressed for your personal ability.
