I don't know where to start? 

With so much information on the internet and so many ‘Instagram’ fitness trends, it can be tricky to know which is the right programme for you. 

We’ll guide you through the fad diets and misleading advice. We give you the simple and straightforward facts about fat loss and weight training

(It doesn’t make you bulky!) and how it can get you into the best shape of your life. 

We’ll start by educating you on the basics of weight-training so it’s not a scary concept anymore, then we’ll work together and build your skills. Working out with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, prowlers and much more and soon you’ll be bossing it! 

EMPWR is the fiercest way for females to get fit! We know that walking into a gym, especially the weights area, can be intimidating and we’re here to change that.
We want to build women’s confidence at the same time as their fitness.
Women are often nervous about lifting weights, don’t know where to start and end up back in the cardio area- never getting the results they want.
It’s time to change that, we want to remove the stigma of lifting weights and EMPWR females to feel comfortable to take over the free weights area.

Working in small groups means you’ll benefit from one-on-one focus from your trainer as well as having the support of your fellow females. And as part of your training, you’ll get a personalised programme - giving you an easy to follow structure for you to smash your personal goals. 


We create a community of strong women inside and out of the gym. Semi-Private training is limited to 4 women per session. You train with your ladies minimum twice a week in your allocated EMPWR squad. We also have a conditioning class, Strong-women, used as a third training session. 

Being part of a female community means that you not only have your trainers support but also women supporting women with the same struggles you have.

 First session in the gym will be learning the foundations, how to lift weights, teaching you the basic movements and looking at your movement pattens.

What is included? 

Each EMPWR group is made up of four like minded women

8-12 training sessions a month that will get you strong and lean, Including Strongwomen conditioning session. 

Personalised goal setting and action plan that is an easy to follow step by step process 

Bespoke calories and macronutrient plan. A guide to food prep for busy women. 

Access to the EMPWR app where all your before/after photos, tracking and training program are easily accessible while you train.  Video guides for each exercise.


EMPWR Membership hub  - You will gain exclusive access to video guides and resources all about female nutrition, hormones, stress and sleep. Giving you the tools to get into the best shape of your life

What if i'm not fit and strong enough compared to the other women?
We welcome all levels of strengths and ability. From never setting foot into a gym, to being a gym queen. Before you start we have a 'new starters session'. We will go through the basic movements in this session, ready for you to join your EMPWR squad.
We all come in different shapes, sizes and strengths. We all have to start somewhere and thats what is so good about EMPWR, women supporting women. All the exercises are either progressed or regressed in the session for your personal ability. 
Will I get big and bulky? 
Short answer - NO! You will get strong lean and sculpted! We do not have enough testosterone in our female bodies for us to grow huge muscles! We talk about this in more details in one of our online videos. 
What times do the EMpWr sessions take place? 
We have convenient times before work and after the morning school run. We have sessions that run from 6.00am to 11.30am Monday to Thursdays. Strong-women sessions run Fridays 7.30-10.30. The sessions are 1hour long.
What If I miss a session, have a holiday or travel a lot with work?

For our boss ladies, jet-setters and busy mums, we have designed our EMPWR session schedule to have a little flexibility. 

We will discuss which group and time works best for you. If you can not make that session, not to worry. You can join another EMPWR squad at another time or day to make sure you don't miss your training session. We have also provided a strong women session on a Friday as an additional session. We do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel a session, otherwise this is charged at full price. If you have a holiday planned, we can schedule you in to join an extra session a week in another EMPWR squad or use our strong-women sessions as a catch up. Getting that extra training in is only going to benefit that beach body! 

How much does it cost?

EMPWR is Semi-private personal training, making personal training more affordable with the same value but without the guilt of spending all that money on ourselves! We don't advertise our price, as we don't want women to decide to join us because of costs but because they really want our help and are committed to change. We will discuss this 1:1.

where are you based?

Just outside of Wilmslow. Train, Heald Green. We have a small fantastic personal training studio with very clean changing facilities, hot showers and free coffee! What more does a girl that lifts need! Train has a real community feel to it and holds a lot of Lululemon, Crossfit and yoga events.
