This is how you get into the best shape of your life in the healthiest, most time effective and hassle free way!

Once you submit your application form, you will receive an email enabling you to book a 15-minute discovery call with EMPWR.

Step 3

On the call we will assess where you are now and how training with EMPWR will assist you in reaching your desired goals. We will create your very own personal training plan and get you started with our EMPWR Semi-Private Training or set you up on the EMPWR Online Training Plan.

Discovery Call

Once you’ve submitted your form you’ll be redirected to another page where you will have the opportunity to book a 15-Min discovery call with me.

Action Plan

On the call we’ll assess where you are now versus where you want to be. I’ll take notes and put together a personal plan of action for you.

EMPWR Member

You’ll have access to the EMPWR app, added to the EMPWR Facebook members group and booked in, ready to meet your fellow tribe members.

What happens next?

Now you begin your journey. As the weeks go on, and with the support of your EMPWR trainers, your fellow tribe members and through your own determination, you will grow stronger and more confident!

We will guide you to perfect your technique and increase your weight load, mixing it up with new training sessions every 4-6 weeks. We can track and measure progress along the way as you and your girls get fitter, tougher and leaner.

Here you will find a list of the most common questions that we are asked.

What if I’m not strong or fit enough?

We all come in different shapes, sizes and strengths. We all have to start somewhere and that's what is so good about EMPWR, women supporting women. All the exercises are either progressed or regressed in the session for your personal ability.

Will I get big and bulky?

Short answer - NO! You will get strong lean and sculpted! We do not have enough testosterone in our female bodies for us to grow huge muscles!

What times do the EMPWR sessions take place?

We have convenient times before work and after the morning school run. We have sessions that run from 6.00am to 11.30am Monday to Thursdays. Strong-women sessions run Fridays 7.30-10.30. The sessions are 1 hour long.

What if I miss a session, have a holiday or travel a lot with work?

For our boss ladies, jet-setters and busy mums, we have designed our EMPWR session schedule to have a little flexibility.

We will discuss which group and time works best for you. If you can not make that session, not to worry. You can join another EMPWR squad at another time or day to make sure you don't miss your training session.

We have also provided a strong women session on a Friday as an additional session. We do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel a session, otherwise this is charged at full price. If you have a holiday planned, you can use our strong-women sessions as a catch up.

Getting that extra training in is only going to benefit that beach body! Or discuss with Jenna that an online package may work better for you.

How much does it cost?

The days of paying thousands of pounds for personal training are over!

EMPWR is Semi-private personal training, making personal training more affordable with the same value but without the guilt of spending all that money on ourselves! We don't advertise our price, as we don't want women to decide to join us because of costs but because they really want our help and are committed to change. We will discuss this 1:1.

Where are you based?

Just outside of Wilmslow. Train, Heald Green. We have a small fantastic personal training studio with very clean changing facilities, hot showers and coffee! What more does a girl that lifts need! Train has a real community feel to it and holds a lot of Lululemon, Crossfit and Yoga events.

What happens when I join?

As soon as you join, you’ll get a welcome email with all the important details and timings to get started. Plus access to your recipe books. You’ll know exactly what to do and be ready to start ASAP!

How much time do I need to commit to training?

We’d advise a minimum of 2 hours per week, however you’ll be able to train 3 times with EMPWR.

If I am starting out, will it be too much?

Not at all. You will be taught everything you need to know and have a professional coach holding your hand every step of the way.

What if I am carrying an injury or aches and pains?

No problem, provided you’re cleared by your doctor to exercise, we can work with what’s causing you pain and amend your program accordingly.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course, just introduce them and we’ll take it from there.
